While each plant is carefully packed, we are not responsible for delays or damage during transit. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS. Please note that these services only cover up to $100. For high-value plants and corms, we use UPS for shipping. Once the package leaves our care, we are no longer liable.

If your plant arrives damaged under normal shipping conditions, please send an unboxing video or pictures within 6 hours of delivery. We track the exact delivery time to ensure timely support.
Cold Weather Precaution
For destinations with temperatures below 55°F, we recommend using heating pads to protect plant health during transit. Heating pads last up to 72 hours and are available for purchase here
Corm Purchases
We cannot guarantee the variegation of corms, but the mother plant is stunning, and we have had a lot of success with variegation. The probability of receiving a variegated corm is high.
